Tateshina amusement aquarium
The only aquarium in Nagano-ken, located 1,750 m high. About 200 kinds of 2,000 freshwater fish around the world are swimming. With the explanation board attached for the way of living of almost all the fish fish displayed for you to know deeply. The figure of pirarucu, one of the largest freshwater fish in the world, is really grand; in "feeding and explanaiton by the breeders" you may seen one catch its bait in a majestic way. Feeding experience for carp or turtles is very popular regardless of the age. You may enter with your pets; dog run with roof (charged, off winter time) for your pets to enjoy, too.
