The cuisines are meticulously prepared with local materials produced in Shinshu. Plan for "Creative full course" with black-hair Japanese beef steak as the main; or the plan "Coal-grilled course", set aside for just one group a day, provided in specialized Japanese-style fireplace, to serve you well. Our bath is made of cypress with natural hot water with Japanese-style floor for you to wash your body to heal the fatigue of traveling of all of you visitors.
