Noodle restaurant Suguri (within Takeishi sightseeing center)
In "Sugri dish", hand-made Japanese noodle (soba) which employes locally produced flower for it, you can enjoy both chicken-based hot soup and cold noodle, a wonderful work that offers tempura full of seasonal mountain vegitables and noodle dumpling. Within the restaurant you can watch how we make it hands-on; noodle-only dish or soft cream being offered also.
