Bigahara highland museum

A large-scale field museum for sculptures, with about 350 contemporary sculptures all the time exhibited outside created by both domestic and international artists in the grassland of about 132,000 ㎡ with a big 360-degree panorama. In summer, highland plants native to the place will be in their full bloom, for you to enjoy walking our arts like hiking.

Kirigamine Highland Nature Conservation Center

You can listen to interpretations on nature, culture, history of Kirigamine Highland as well as plants and animals inhabiting there.Please contact us in advance if you plan to organize large activities like outings of school. Night walking in summertime and wallking on snow in wintertime are also available.
