Shinshu Ajiyashiki (house of taste), Sasaoka
Established in 1971, one of the oldest soba restaurants among many alongside Venus line. Tateshina soba, cutlet bowl, Unajyu (eel bowl) are popular among all with many repeat customers. "Tateshina soba (Japanese noodle)" locally produce in Tateshina highland at the foot of Mt. Yastugatake, "cutlet bowl and sauce cutlet bowl" made of pork loin nurtured in Shinsyu, local "Sashimi of horse meat" or "Unajyu" with flagrance are also liked.
