Shinsyu Daikokuya
The point is to have a rich image of "I want to create such and such cakes!!", grasping the characteristic of each material. Then, mix, clasp, beat up a froth, ferment, steam, and bake to "stirke" the best balance among each material which is the craftmanship of ours. Ours will born this way for you to enjoy alonng with delicious green tea, tea or coffee. Japanese / Western / baked cakes made of air, water and specially selected materials are being sold.
