A soba specialty shop to provide soba made of home-grown / made flour in Chino-shi as hand-made Jyuwari soba. The flavor of soba will be softly spread in your mouth with just one bite, soft but crispy and smooth, which you will for sure be surprised at. Without any sauce one bite, with rock salt one bite, with spicy ruddish one bite, and with fresh and cool tsuyu (soup) on bite and then move on to eating up in whichever ways you like (no condiment seasoning).
