An auberge in the forest of Tateshina highland. We cooks cuisines made of seasonal materials in Shinshu with its own strength and taste, dedicated: from spring vegetables, mountain vegetables, natural mushrooms from summer to fall, with gibier in winter time added, with all the full lineup. In addition, in our underground cellar are about 2,500 mature wine bottles starting with old vintage.
